I hope you all had a great spring break! I know it’s hard to get back in the swing of things, but I”m excited to announce that there is a light at the end of the tunnel! Take a break from the end of the semester stress to learn about, well…sex! SOC-IU will be taking a private tour of the Kinsey Institute on April 4 at 4 PM. Come learn about this unique and interesting research center and museum on our very own campus and the man who revolutionized our understanding of sexuality.
If you’re interested in coming, please email me at email@example.com, and put “Kinsey tour” in the subject line. Tours are limited to 10 people, and 4 spots are already reserved for active SOC-IU members who indicated interest, so reserve your spot soon! After the tour, we’ll head to Hartzell’s to eat some yummy cold treats and discuss the exhibits:)
The Kinsey Institute is located in Morrison Hall, Room 302. If you do come on the tour, we’re asking everyone to just be there by around 3:50 so that we can be sure to start the tour on time, as it is the last tour of the day.
Good luck to all on finishing out the semester!
